Who I work with
Deep Feeling, empathic Women
I work with deep-feeling, empathic women who are ready to start the next chapter of their lives but somehow keep finding themselves revisiting the same old stories.
They have dreams and aspirations but struggle with people-pleasing, self-abandonment, boundaries and trusting their own judgement.
I specialise in identity and attachment work, helping women understand how their past experiences have shaped their beliefs, emotional responses and behaviours, so they can stop being governed by them and start making choices that reflect who they are today.

Hello & Welcome
I'm vicci O'reilly
I didn't just study this work.. I lived it
For most of my life, I believed being an empath meant I was destined to suffer. That I felt everything so deeply because I had some higher purpose, and somehow all the pain would eventually make sense.
I was a chronic people-pleaser, always trying to earn love, keep everyone happy and be whatever someone needed me to be.
I became so wrapped up in other people's emotions, needs and expectations that I completely lost sight of my own. I had dreams, ambitions and a life I wanted to live, but I was too busy looking for love, validation and a sense of belonging in everyone else.
I was searching for home in everyone but myself.
And the thing that changed my life wasn't learning how to protect myself from everyone else's energy. It was finally understanding myself, questioning the beliefs I'd lived by for so long and learning to trust my own judgement.
I didn't need to stop being a deep feeler. I needed to stop abandoning myself because I was one.

I won't just help you manage the pattern
the differentiator
You can understand exactly why you do what you do and still find yourself repeating it.
My work isn’t about helping you manage the same pattern more comfortably, or giving you better language for why it keeps happening.
We go deeper into the internal world that keeps recreating it, so you can challenge what’s shaping your choices, stop abandoning parts of yourself to stay who you think you need to be, and actually change the way you live.
My Approach
How I work
My approach is rooted in one core belief: You don't have to be who you were taught to be.
I don't believe being a deep feeler means you're destined for a lifetime of emotional overwhelm, unhealthy relationships or putting everyone else's needs before your own.
I combine identity and attachment-focused therapy with hypnotherapy to help you understand how your experiences have shaped your beliefs, emotional responses and behaviours.
Together, we explore your internal world, question the beliefs that no longer serve you and help you build self-trust, develop emotional independence and make choices that reflect who you really are.
Do we fit?
We'll work well together if...
You're looking for a therapist who is direct, compassionate and isn't afraid of the occasional F-bomb.
You value a genuine, down-to-earth relationship with your therapist and want someone who respects your personal journey, spiritual beliefs and lived experiences.
You're open to being challenged, questioning your perspectives and exploring different ways of working, whether that's through conversation, hypnotherapy, singing bowls, tarot cards or even a colouring book.
You're curious about who you are beyond the labels of empath, people-pleaser or overthinker, and want to explore the beliefs and meanings shaping your internal world.
Most importantly, you're willing to question what you've always believed about yourself and discover what else might be possible.
Your patterns may have a name, but your internal world has your fingerprints all over it.

What I can help with
Being a deep feeler can be complicated. Your sensitivity doesn't just affect how you experience emotions.
It can influence your relationships, the decisions you make, the boundaries you set and even how you see yourself.
Sometimes, the very qualities you value about yourself can become the ones you struggle with most.
And often, these challenges are more connected than we realise.

The internal world assessment
Wondering Why You Feel So Deeply?
Being a deep feeler is only one part of who you are. But have you ever wondered why you respond to certain situations the way you do?
The Internal World Assessment explores four identities we can develop through our experiences:
The Caretaker,
The Chaser,
The Ghost
The Performer.
Each reveals something different about how you relate to yourself, others and the world around you.
Take the free assessment to discover which identities are most influential in your life and what they might reveal about the beliefs and behaviours you've learned along the way.
